The PERSONAL information and housing search criteria you submit on our Registration Page will be shared with the your selected Home Buyers Agent, the Managing Broker of the cooperating Real Estate Company, and the respective administrative personnel assigned to assist you. We will not ask for, nor do we desire, you to share confidential information with us, other than what is specifically requested on our Registration form (your name, address, and contact numbers), unless you would like us to refer you to a mortgage lender for a home loan pre-approval.
Naturally, if the law requires it or when we are placed in the position to protect our legal rights, we may have to disclose your personal information. We would never do so as part of our normal business practices.
